The internet and voice icons on the WiFi box are swapping between green to amber to nothing there

The internet and voice icons on the WiFi box keep going green, then orange, then off

@ELLIEWORTH1 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have done and it says everything is fine, but the issue is still occurring with the internet and voice icons in orange.

@ELLIEWORTH1  So the test comes back all green when you run it and the internet and voice lights are amber when you are doing this?
