Internet not working

I have no internet, I have reset the router and switched it off. There is an intermittent red flashing red light. Sky says everything is fine, but it almost definitely not!

If you use the service checker on your my sky app you would need to use 4g/5g mobile data . Hopefully if it finds a fault it should let you report it

Run the test here to see if a fault is found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Wifi working but not connected to Internet ive turned it off and on even ran test yet there coming back saying everything is fine doesn't help my mobile signal is none existent so can't even ring 😑
