The connection has been lost intermittently for a few weeks now. Especially when doing a VDO call, the quality of the call is very bad. In the past 2 weeks, there are days that the connection is okay, but most of the time its very bad. I checked the box, all the lights are shown in green color. I dont know what could be the problem.
