Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paul24444 Give Sky a call on 150 and tell them that you had an engineer out, but your still have outstanding issues with the connection. Listen through the options and stay on the line even after they offer you a text.

The lights keep going off every so often & we lose connection to the internet, it's gone about 8 times this morning for periods of 5 - 15 mins before returning.

So any idea about how to get another engineer to come out, as if I use the Broadband check on Sky.com or the Sky app, it doesn't flag a problem which it did before when the speed was slow?
