Repeatedly dropped connection after engineer visit

Had Openreach engineer out yesterday who sorted out the wiring coming into our property that was damaged reulting in slow speed. This issue was resolved but we are still repeatedly losing the lights on the router & therefore any connection. This was happening before but is now even worse, so incredibly frustrating!

What is going on?

@Paul24444  Give Sky a call on 150 and tell them that you had an engineer out, but your still have outstanding issues with the connection. Listen through the options and stay on the line even after they offer you a text.

@Paul24444  Is this you re-starting the router or is it power cycling itself?

The lights keep going off every so often & we lose connection to the internet, it's gone about 8 times this morning for periods of 5 - 15 mins before returning.

@Paul24444  Do all the lights go out on the router or does the power light stay red?

@Paul24444  Sounds like all those issues have not been resolved and you need another engineer out.

Re: Repeatedly dropped connection after engineer visit

So any idea about how to get another engineer to come out, as if I use the Broadband check on Sky.com or the Sky app, it doesn't flag a problem which it did before when the speed was slow?
