My sky broadband has gone live today. Received a text this morning. The Internet has worked fine up until half an hour ago. The Internet light is not on and there is a red light showing fault on the ONT box on the wall.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rachyd83 the fault may sort itself as the engineers complete the work so give it a few hours. If it doesnt either post again or call Sky to report the fault

Thank you for your reply. I thought I'll not contact them yet as it's only been activated today. Just thought it was odd as it worked and now doesn't. Do you have the number to ring just incase? I'm finding it's just taking me to online help and not giving any phone numbers. Thank you
