Hub hasn't been delivered and cant get through to chat to an agent

Hi there,

 

My Internet is due to be activated on Friday yet my hub is still showing as waiting to be dispatched on tracking. 

Also I've tried to get through to chat to an agent and keeps saying go back to previous page or sign in (which am).

There's still time. Routers are normally dispatched to arrive a day or two before your activation.
