Password/username hub not working and reset not working

Had a power cut last night and could not sign into anything , router is working on WiFi but had to use old password on the back of the hub. 
reset the router to change the password but says the password is wrong, we have tried the password on the hub, we have tried sky and we have tried our previous password. 

stream is also only working on wifi

Update managed to reset the router after several attempts and change WiFi password but sky stream will

 ot connect with the Ethernet, it says no ip address found but we have not disconnected it
