Discussion topic: Parental Controls on My Sky App

The parental control section of the app has disappeared. Please can anyone tell me if they are having the same issue? I have tried to speak to Sky but just got moved through 6 different departments. One of the reason was we chose sky for our broad band was for the parental controls.
