No internet light on hub

Amber light on Internet been like this for the last few weeks. I have tried all troubleshoot instructions - internet still remains unaccessable

Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or

Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

I do not have sky landeline so am unable to call 150.

I have explored the help links, but they have not resolved my issue. Is there a contact number for customer support?

Have the lights been amber constantly.
