My super fast broadband is anything but. Even though I've run the checks and they say it's fine, it's not! I have had to ' forget the network' to get back to using my EE phone signal just to be able to run the tests as the sky broadband connection is incredibly slow. It also says 'weak security' which I didn't expect.
as it's impossible to speak to a human, can sky PLEASE get into this asap as I'm seriously regretting moving from BT
