Hello - I moved over to Sky Broadband a few days ago and my ps4 connects absolutely fine but after playing a game for a few minutes it disconnects. I've tried rebooting, run tests but nothing resolves the issue. Has anyone had these issues and resolved them? Many thanks.

Your stats suggest there is no drop in the connection so I suspect the issue is WiFi interference. Can you test via ethernet to see if that solves the issue?

@jamesn123 Thanks - I'll give that a go and let you know. I never had this issue with TalkTalk - do you think a more powerful router from Sky would help?

Hello @jamesn123 I've connected via ethernet cable but its still losing the wifi connection. I have read that changing the DNS may solve the issue but I'm reluctant to do that in case it effects anything else I have connected via wifi? Would welcome any other suggestions you may have.

@jamesn123 would you believe it now hasn't disconnected since last messaging you - from memory I think it just says 'check wifi connection' - I'll monitor it over the next few days and if it happens I'll jump back on here and message you. Many thanks for your time and help so far.
