Hi,
The PON light on my ONT box is solid red. The power and LAN are green and alarm not on at all.
I've tried all the online help for this but have ended in the 'call out engineer' option, which I've done.
Is there a way if solving this through the contact centre rather than waiting for a physical person please?
I work from home and this is extremely disruptive!
I cant find a number to call.

Unfortunately, you will. need an engineer to fix the fault.
