Its not ive used the app checker and its insisting theres no issue and theres connection to the house when theres clearly not

There seems to be an issue up north at the minute as a couple of other people have reported issues in st helens

I'm in WA11 area and have tried all the usual things , still no Internet.  I also did the checks on the connection and it said everything was fine..but as its been said above there clearly is a problem.
