Hi, We have had no internet connection since Monday and I've tried resetting everyhting and turnignt he router on/off.
Its really frustrating for someone who works from home. Does anybody know what's going on? and how long will this continue?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi, I've run the test online and this is appearing as okay. So I don't know what else to do, called SKY but nobody was helpful.

Only the first and last one is flashing green light. the middle one for the Internet is off.

@mariakristinaIs this superfast or ultrafast. I take it you have checked all the connections and none of the cables have been damanaged. Have you been in touch with sky?
