No Internet connection

Hi, I have tried all the self help tips from Sky and I still can't get my WiFi to work. It has been on and off for 2 days now? When I check my broadband and WiFi it says everything looks good but it's not working.

@Eu_Genia  Is this the service checker that you are checking or is this the broadband test that you are running?

I am having issues with a flashing PON light and no internet light on the router. Other neighbours are affected, is there a way to check the issue as it seems external. Thank you  @Tom-W19
