Hi we have just moved to sky broadband ans have had more issues in the first 2 days than the last 2 years with BT. The internet keeps stopping and we need it as we work from home. This is not acceptable, I have done everything you state on your fix's but this is poor. Also paying for Wifi Boost and still can't get a Wifi signal in parts of the house. Please help as you are great for all the other services I have from you.
