New Broadband

I ordered sky broadband for our new flat we are renting but the engineer arrived and said the package/box we had been sent is unable to be installed.

 

However, the engineer said full fibre could be installed at the property. How do I cancel my agreement for the first hub and then order the new one?

@Jake150 You would be better to call sky, with the details that you have, and let the agent deal with it.
