Hi, I spoke to an advisor regarding my power wire two days ago, be advised the system wasn't letting him order me a new one and I'd have to wait it out until Saturday? I have no internet and I am paying for an EE hotspot. Please help me get a replacement wire 😞

Find out more@Amberloumcq23 Sky will actually send you a new hub and require you to return the old one although you can just switch the power cable over if you prefer. To make this simple I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
