I have had 2 activation dates come and go, where I have stayed in and no engineer arrived. When I track the order, it says there is an issue with the order and to contact sky but everytime I contact them they assure me an engineer is going to attend and then when they don't I call and they give me a new date. If I track the order for my 3rd date it again says there is an issue and to contact sky. I'm going in circles as open reach tell me to speak to sky and sky say can't speak to open reach and that as far as they're concerned the appointments are confirmed.
