My router keeps losing its Internet connection

My Router keeps loosing its Internet connection resulting in frequent restarts (both via the button or removing the power). Is it possible that our router needs replacing?

Mine also Although I have an expensive subscription and ethernet connection I lost connection during a customer call today Sky claims uninterrupted connection
