No domestic broadband ISP does (or can) offer 100% reliability.
As a start, if you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

If your broadband has developed a fault then the typical SLA from Openreach is 2 working days to resolve but this can be longer if there is a physical failure requiring repair.
