LLNE number where can I get this from

LLNE number where can I get this number from as I have a problem with my internet connection and open reach need it to detect my line to see any problems

If you are with Sky then use the broadband line checker in the Sky App on a phone to do a line test, this can be done from the mobile network whilst logged into Sky. It should offer to book an engineer if it finds a fault.

Do you mean your line/telephone number. LLNE is an acronynm i haven't heard of

If you mean the telephone line number and using the BT Openreach diagnoses system they don't work if you are with Sky, use the Sky App as suggested.
