I cant log a fault because i am abroad.

I am account holder. Broadband and talk are not working but Sky refuse to take call from my husband as he is not account holder. Too expensive for me to call.  Can't do diagnostics on My Sky.  Can't email. Help!!

Customer Services should speak to your husband providing he can answer the security question / telephone password. The only thing he can't do is cancel any aspect of the subscription.

I have provided all of that yet they are refusing. Suggesting he get MySky .  Would MySky work for him?

Where does the link take you?

You should also be able to use the service checker in the broadband section using 4g/5g data whilst logged into the my sky app
