Hi, I have not received any hub and yet Sky account showing that you service is active.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dinesh27 if you have had a text these often go out before the activation happens which can becanytime up yo midnight. However if the hub doesnt arrive in todays post then contact Sky to get another sent out - pointless contacting them before as they will tell you to wait.
