Hi there,
My internet keeps dropping out for periods.
It means we are regularly now unable to finish watching our programmes and also means my son's games keep dropping out when he is playing.
It recovers again after a short period before doing it again after about 10mins.
It's becoming very frustrating and not the service we pay for.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
