@Aleksander1 Your 2 seperate threads have been merged as your 2nd thread on it's own doesn't make any sense.

 

Your address details have also been removed as you should never post any personal details on a public forum.

 

You should also be aware as we are all customers here we can't update you on any repeairs, you should be able to reach out to Sky via their Social Media pages, links are at the bottom of the page.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
