Existing customer

Can't believe I've been with sky for years had to cancel my contract due to prices going up even thought I can get a better deal on line as a new customer had no phone call to see if they can keep me as a customer nothing and nobody matters to sky taken me loads of calls to get everything cancelled properly and still showing that they are going to take money every month where as all the loyalty gone I don't think sky is bothered now if you stay or go It so upsetting as I really like sky but this is just one sided 😣 So think I will need to look at other things
