No tracking information?

I placed an order 6 days ago, I had initial confirmation email but that says to use sky app to track order. The app shows nothing or displays a "oops" message. 

 

Today I received a new email saying I didn't use the refer a friend link sent to me, but this is what I used. In the email it says to input the account number in confirmation email, but there is no account number in my original confirmation email so now I'm worried it didn't fully process 🙈 any suggestions or is this normal? Also not received the router yet but I understand this could take a few more days. Activation is in 8 days
