Hi,
I have a Sky Broadband Q Router (SR203) and 4 Eufy smart plugs.
The plugs were working with the router but then due to some issues i had to resync them to the wifi.
Now they will not connect.
I have read through lots of posts and can confirm i have:
None of the above works.
I read somewhere changing the mode of the wifi can help. But on my router the mode option is greyed out/disabled so i cannot change it - any idea how to enable this?
Also tried running off a mobile hotspot.

@Chrisee No I make sure the phone is only connecting to the 2.4 GHz by either forgetting the 5Ghz so it can't connect or disabling the 5Ghz from the Router.

@Chrisee yeah i need to reset the plug time in try but holding the button for 5 seconds. I've also tried resetting the router and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps.

Edit - Sky are currently rolling back firmware to address an issue with various devices losing connection which might sort your issue check your hub if the firmware is 7.03.05 or 4.03.05 you may be affected. This isnt something customers can do and thecrollback will take a week or so to complete.

@Chrisee is the WiFi mode option disabled for you also? Is there a way to enable this. I read somewhere that changing this mode during the initial sync could work but currently I can't find a way to change this. Seems it locked down on the router.
