Connection issues

Some of my "non-sky" devices are running slow. When I do the tests on the sky app it says there's a problem and asks me to contact an expert but I just sit on hold with nobody picking up the phone to me. What is going on here I am supposed to be gaurenteed 100m download speed. Surely this is breach of contract.

Sometimes it can take Sky longer to answer the phone during busy times, you just have to wait. It is in no way breach of contract if you havent even reported the fault to Sky yet. 

 

Also what 'non-sky' devices are these? If your testing your speed over WiFi then its quite likely to be lower than 100mbps because Sky do not guarantee the speed over WiFi, only ethernet. Have you tested your speed over ethernet?
