Connected no Internet message, Internet light off on router phone light orange. Tried all resets etc

Message Internet not working  done test on line says it is working clearly it is not. Internet light off phone line orange  been like this for three days

Can you let us know what sort of router & connection you have, we'll get you a step by step guide on what to check.

The most likely thing is that a connection between your router and where your connection comes in has dissconected. try checking network plugs from your router are all pushed in fully(but don't force them)

Router is SR203.checked all connections. Cables go direct into relay  not phone socket with filter. Is there a problem with exchange in this area
