Hi I'm cancelling broadband as it keeps dropping and unreliable when working , so I've cancelled it but it finishes on Thursday but wsnt it to cancel the Thursday after as this is when my new broadband starts , I still need broadband for my childerens school work .

I am and have been on hold direct to sky for over 50 mins at the moment now , if I was wanting to order sky I bet I wouldn't be waiting this long !!!!!!!
