wifi max 2ghz

I have had WiFi Max (white) for a long time. I have to separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands because my vacuum cleaner only connects to 2.4ghz. there is an option to turn off 5ghz but my device does not connect to wifi anyway. The instructions say that if I have WiFi on 2GHz and 5GHz, I should separate these bands.
please tell me how?

@ola12  At this time you are not able to split the Wi-Fi frequencies with the new Sky Max hub.
