Hi Alex , is it possible to attach screen shotshot again if you have still .

Yeah, no problem. I just had to go to network configuration on the controller and initiate the connect to internet process. When you're connecting to WiFi via the app, on the screen where you enter your router password, deselect DHCP and complete the fields below. Everything I've entered should be fine, other than maybe the default IP address of your Sky router (default gateway), but I think that's standard for Sky.
I did also split my 2.4ghz / 5ghz channels so they're not synchronised, but they weren't before this and ATAG always worked fine.

Yeah, there is no need to split the WiFi, just getting the Atag controller to use Google dns server (8.8.8.8) is enough to get the controller to connect to Atag's servers.
Mine has been working fine since last Thursday.

Yeah, I didn’t think that would be needed. I'd done it initially so have stuck ATAG and my ring doorbell on 2.4ghz...my brother suggested your resolution at the same time I was reading what you'd done (he knows what he's talking about, I don't really). Hopefully other people can get it sorted as it's really frustrating when you can't!

Thanks Alex , sorted .

Nice one, glad it worked for you 👍🏼

Thanks @AlexEvans for info that worked fine🥳

Great news! Hopefully more can get it sorted, it's so annoying!

Agree. Annoyed that Sky and Now denied it was their problem for weeks, and that we spent so much time on the phone to ATAG techies trying to sort it out.
