Can’t get into the admin on my router

Hi all.

im really struggling with this.  I need to access my router settings but every time I enter the admin, sky password it rejects it

i have tried

admin Sky

admin admin

admin password original password for router

admin new password for router

nothing seems to work.  I just want to turn off 5 g as it's stopping me adding our InkBird fish alarm that regulates the temperature.

any help would be very much appreciated.

@Nat200273  Username is "admin " without the quotes and the password is your Wi-Fi password unless you have changed it.

i changed the router password and it's working to connect devices.  My issue is that I have put the username admin, and the passwords, I've tried: sky, new router password, old router password, admin and so on it just keeps blocking me.  I'm stuck without this password but have only changed the Wi-Fi password and that doesn't work

Sounds like you'll need to factory reset the router. This can be done by holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for a minimum of 20 seconds.

Im also having this problem. Factory reset didn't seem to work either. Also tried all the password variations admin sky and the wifi password 0000 1234. Nothing works.

Hi I`m having the same problem linking my iphone to the wifi.

Fortunately i kept an old android phone which was connected to wifi when it all used to work and is still connected.   Settings : Network and internet : open wifi connection : Gives options to Forget/Disconnect/share : Click on share and a QR code comes up which gave my iphone wifi connection.

Maybe someone can explain why the QR code works and not the default wifi password - any techies out there ?
