Sky router not showing as a Wi-Fi option to connect with on any device

Just got new fibre router box installed- but when I try to connect mobiles/laptops, the name of the Wi-Fi isn't being found by any of my devices to connect to it - only the old Wi-Fi router is still showing although it's been unplugged.

Sky tv and the landline phone is working using the new router name.

How can I get the network connection to show so I can connect all my devices to it?
