Broadband

Hi , I've moved home and my sky broadband is supposed to be live today. I just got a message to say it has now been activated but it's actually not. The internet light is still not on and the voice light is still on red

@Angelee it is not unusual for the notification to arrive well before the engineers make the connection. Activation can be anytime up until midnight tonight and Sky will not be told if there is an issue until Openreach report back over night.
