Hi, I've had a message saying my sky broadband will be sent to me today but I have no idea when they're coming as I'm at work today! Is there any way we can reschedule for tomorrow please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@charly if it is the dispatch notification for the hub it will be with you in a day or so via the post. If however you have an installation appointment you will be charged £25 as it is far to late to cancel on the morning of the appointment. Many broadband activations though are done remotely so you dont need to be at home. Check the My Sky app My orders section as thst will tell you what the event is.
