Broadband not working

Broadband not working. Internet and voice light on sky hub is solid orange. Any ideas how to fix?

See if the test here finds an external fault because if it does it show ask you to book an engineer repair:

Not working here in Swad in Cavan either. Not happy about not being able to contact an actual human to report the issue to, and the outage map says there's no problem in my area. I've checked with my neighbours, and they're all out as well. Thanks for nothing, Sky.

Ya, not happy with this ....my eldest has an online college exam tomorrow...not good timing for this to happen

Sky broadband gone on me here in Mayo. Neighbour couple of miles away is working and they are also with sky? Anyone else in Mayo having problems?

Finally got through to sky...was told that they would send someone to my house between 3-5 days, but I never got any email or proof that this will happen...

Anyone ever have this happen?

@Redkit it isn't Sky who sort line faults its Openreach and most faults are sorted remotely so dont need a home visit if they need to come into your home they will ccontact you. The 3 to 5days is likely time scale. There are always more faults after bad weather hence the enginerrs are very busy and domestic lines are low priority.
