Broadband Installation Hangs in Limbo

The engineer came to install broadband at my house, but unfortunately, the installation was not successful. Now, I'm unsure what to expect, as I haven't received any notification from SKY. The engineer left quickly after the attempt.

Did the engineer give a hint as to what the problem was? Is it an FTTC or FTTP connection?

The engineer mentioned a problem with the wiring but left without providing further details. I'm now feel quite frustrated about it.

The engineer should feedback to Sky and let them know what needs to happen next but you may need get in touch with Sky yourself to force an update

It's challenging to reach Sky staff; I can't even find their email. Every time, it's just AI responding to me.
