I received a text from Sky advising me that my installation date may not go ahead for the 28th as scheduled and I would receive an update by the 22nd.
I've not received another message and when I click on my profile to try & access the inbox it says that it is not available and may be because I don't have any open orders.
Is there any other way of finding out if my installation will be going ahead or not?

Find out more@BeckyWillcox you need to talk to Sky to find out what has happened as Sky's phones are very busy I have escalated your post to the Sky team whonsupport the forum who will send you an invitation to a private chat through the forum. When they do a chat icon should appear but it maybe tomorrow.
