By the way, I'm sure that I mentioned another problem in one of my earlier posts but I can't find it at the moment. After his visit, Sky texted me for feedback but because I only have a 3G mobile I was unable to complete the feedback. Is it possible for you to pass my comments on to whichever team deals with that aspect, please? Many thanks.
