Hi there,
Welcome to the Sky Community - where customers help each other get the most from Sky.

Discussing your broadband setup? Want to find out how to get the best out of your Sky? Looking for more info about your Sky package? You’ve come to the right place. The Sky Community is where you can find all this and more.

Within our community you’ll find existing customers talking about Sky. You may be able to get the information you're looking for from these conversations. You can also start a new discussion, one of our community members is sure to come along and help you out.

We've created this guide to give you an overview of how our community works and how you can get the most from it. Click through the tabs above to read over our handy user guides.

To post on the community you’ll need a Sky iD; if you manage your Sky account online then you’re all set, just log in using the same details, choose a display name and you’re ready to post.

If you’ve not already got a Sky iD, don’t worry; you can create one in a few minutes by clicking the Sign Up link. You’ll need one of the following details to create a Sky iD: your Sky Account Number, last 6 digits of your bank account used to pay your bill or your Sky TV viewing card number.

Sky iD will give you access to the forum as well as access to many other online services such as My Sky & Sky Go.

For more information see our Sky iD Guide on the Help Centre.

The small Sky badge next to the display name identifies sky staff. You'll also notice that, next to this badge, we have several staff member ranks and roles. Have a look at the Meet The Team page to get to know us.

Keeping our community safe & friendly

We want our community to be an open and friendly place where it's safe to post. For this reason we actively moderate the forum, reading everything that’s posted to ensure it adheres to our Community Rules as well as the full Terms & Conditions.

If you want to report a breach of the rules you can let us know by selecting the Report Inappropriate Content option from the menu on the right of the offending post and we will review this.
