using allowances abroad

Hello, I thought I could use my allowances abroad (Italy) data and phone calls.. but I've been charged for two phone calls in Italy.... So why I paid 2 pounds for using my allowances in Italy and I've been charged?

Did you call a number in Italy?

 

Your allowance only includes calls to UK numbers.

Calls to local Italian numbers are charged at International call rate so aren't inclusive in your roaming.
