Sky rewards not working for a voucher

Our broadband went down and I paid £15 for the Outreach engineer to visit on Saturday.  As he did not visit I phoned Sky and was sent an email to receive a £15 Tesco voucher.  The email link did not work and showed

Whoops, there's been an error Sorry but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request.

I contacted Sky again but have not received any more emails, links etc.

Please can I get my £15 tesco voucher.

@trampas65  You're not contacting Sky via the forum, no one hee can send you any vouchers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I should have said please help me to get the voucher.  What are the best steps to take to get around the 'technical difficulties'.

For help with that error I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've got the same problem, I was sent a link to receive a £10 Tesco voucher as my engineer didn't turn up

I am having the same problem got a email to a link to claim a tesco voucher and the page just loads up whoops there has been a error
