Thanks for the help, but it wasn't the answer I was hoping for.  I'd already referred to the suggested FAQ section. It wasn't any help at all.

For example one test message I sent to my other e-mail  account (hotmail) took about 4 1/2 hours to arrive back to my SKY e-mail when I replied to it, and then went into the Spam Folder, even though that address is listed and previously marked Not Spam.
