Text Messages from my other e-mail address taking ages to arrive, then going into spam

Has anyone got any idea why emails I forward from my hotmail and/or gmail e-mail to my SKY e-mail have recently stopped arriving in my Inbox at all, or take many minutes to arrive and then go into the Spam folder.  Those other addressess are saved as contacts. 

It's never happened before. 

Messages sent from my SKY  e-mail to the other addresses arrive instantly. 

I've checked on the Settings and there are no filters set.
