why do i have to enter my email and codes so many times. why when you save to watch later you have the same trouble and also the picture goes smaller. the whole thing cuts out, changes to another film, I spend more time putting in my email and codes than watching the programmes. My friend who has recomended sky Q to me are so upset that they recommended sky to me.
That's nothing to do with Sky Stream, it will be the app your using to watch the program, you only have to enter your email address once on any app, after that it's plain sailing, you must be doing something wrong, ie signing our every time
