Apps missing on my sky

@Tracy1  Can you confiorm which TV Box you're referring to  is it Sky Q or Sky stream?

"My Sky" is an app istself so doesn't host apps, nor does Sky+ where you originally posted this query.

Please can you tell us which SKY system you have

Is it SKY Q, SKY Glass or SKY Stream ?

(BTW It cannot be SKY + where you initially posted as that cannot host any apps)
